I do ask for as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours, if you need to reschedule a session (but I also appreciate that sometimes life throws us curveballs!).
The programme is 4 months long and during that time we have 8-12 sessions. It usually makes sense to meet weekly at first to get you results and relief as quickly as possible. However, we can be flexible with how we spread these sessions, just let me know and we can figure out a schedule that works for you.
I use a simple app (Voxer) to stay in touch in between sessions through voice notes or text messages. Ask me questions, tell me how you're doing, share your progress, stay accountable!
I have absolute faith in what I do. Make a commitment, work with me and you'll get to where you want to be. And if you don't know where that is yet, I'll help you figure that out too!
