Join me online for an hour of Reiki energy healing to soothe the emotions, calm the mind and nourish the body.
If you've been looking for ways to relax and practise self-care, a distant Reiki healing session is the answer!
We'll begin with a beautiful guided meditation to settle you down, then all you have to do is get comfy and allow the gentle flow of Reiki to wrap you up in a nurturing blanket of energy.
“Reiki” comes from the Japanese “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (life force). It safely treats the whole person - body, mind, emotions and spirit.
What might you expect? It's different for everyone, but you might experience warmth, tingling, a sensation of pressure or hands working around your body, and most importantly a deep sense of peace and wellbeing! Some people say that it feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that surrounds and fills them.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or "tapping" as it's also known, is an amazing tool for stopping anxiety in its tracks and replacing it with a sense of calm and wellbeing.
EFT is a relatively new discovery, but it uses age-old energy understanding and knowledge to release blockages within the body's energy system. These blockages are thought to be the cause of emotional disturbance and can limit us emotionally and physically in our everyday lives.
Similar to acupuncture or acupressure, EFT is used to release these blockages by tapping on the ends of energy meridians situated under the skin. Whilst tapping, you say specific affirmative statements, which rewire your neural pathways and eliminate negative emotional charges. It's an excellent way of restoring our awareness of the world around us, bringing a different perspective and reigniting a positive subconscious mind to allow the conscious mind to thrive.
